Sunset Hill Community Association's classic, restored two-story Arts & Crafts clubhouse is available at reasonable rates for community events, meetings, workshops, parties, receptions, weddings and anniversary celebrations.

Rental Rates

Our rates can range from $55.00 for a small weekday meeting to $1400 for a large weekend event. We want our facility to be the right fit for your event and vice versa, so it is important to discuss the details with the manager.

Awarded "Best Neighborhood Community Facility Restoration - Neighborhood Matching Fund Project" by the City of Seattle's Department of Neighborhoods in 2001. Serving West Ballard since 1922, our facility is available for showing by appointment or during a general membership event.

The following amenities are available to all renters at no additional charge:

  • 120 dining/meeting chairs
  • Use of kitchen(s) and fireplace(s)
  • Use of large (30-100 cup) coffee makers
  • Handicap-access elevator available upon request
  • Free recycling and garbage disposal
  • Off-street parking spaces for loading and unloading
  • Chalkboard and projection screens
  • Performing stage with professional lighting (Upper Hall)
